Beekeeping in the high and wild hills of South Lanarkshire our bees gather nectar and pollen from the wild flowers, trees and Heather's that grow naturally in the area. Our bees are sited in 3 seperate apiaries within the hills that surround the upper Clyde area. Honey tends to be medium to light amber in colour and has delicate floral often mint like hints to the palette. Excellent on toast, porridge or even served alongside a cheese board with oatcakes, this honey can do it all and is loved by many.
