High Trees Honey is a family-run beekeeping business based in Merstham, Surrey, caring for locally adapted honeybees across the Surrey Hills and surrounding countryside. We produce 100% natural honey, nucleus colonies and other products of the hive, while focusing on sustainable beekeeping, natural queen rearing and strong, healthy colonies. We have not imported bees or queens since 2017, instead selecting from our own local stock for calmness, resilience and productivity.
