Hillside House Honey is a family-run beekeeping operation with a deep passion for honey bees and pollinator welfare. The owner serves as chair of one of the British Beekeeping Associations, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to their craft. Their honey range includes an award-winning Summer Honey, rich in varied pollens and nectars and high in antioxidants, as well as a Heather Honey containing MGO — the same beneficial compound found in Manuka honey. In 2023, they received the prestigious 3-Star Great Taste Award for their Seville Orange Marmalade with Honey, one of only two marmalade makers in the UK to achieve this accolade that year. Beyond their own British honey, they also offer the Haute Honey Range — a curated selection of internationally sourced, authenticity-verified world honeys developed in response to the widespread problem of fake honey. Their product range extends to beeswax goods including soaps, lip balms, and candles, as well as condiments and preserves. They sell at Newbury Market and online.
