Local honey produce from various apiary sites around North Wiltshire. Each site has around 2 or 3 hives to minimise the impact on other pollinators. The jars of honey are always sourced from a single hive (never blended or mixed). Harvested using traditional techniques, we only remove excess honey, to ensure the bees have enough to survive and thrive throughout the year and into the next.
