South Downs Honey was established in 2023 by an experienced hobby beekeeper, Douglas, and is based in Lancing, West Sussex. The business operates several apiaries across the picturesque South Downs, with named locations including Adur Valley, The Chalkpit, South Lodge, Clapham, and Angmering Park. Each apiary produces distinctly labelled honey, reflecting the unique floral character of its surroundings. The honey range includes spring set honey and summer wildflower honey, all described as 100% pure and raw. Alongside honey, South Downs Honey produces handmade natural soaps — including Honey Blossom, Honey and Lavender, and Beeswax Oatmeal Orange and Clary Sage varieties — as well as homemade honey jams in Strawberry, Raspberry, and Morello Cherry flavours.
