We are an independent, family-run chocolatier maintaining a small number of carefully managed hives. Our honey is a pure, raw wildflower honey, produced by bees foraging across Sandwell and Birmingham. It is extracted cold to preserve its natural flavour, aroma, and beneficial properties, with minimal processing from hive to jar.
