Wainwright's Honey is a beekeeping operation based in Aberystwyth, Wales, known for producing high-quality Welsh honey. Hazel Gould is a beekeeper at Wainwright's who specialises in Queen breeding, overseeing the creation of nucleus colonies to build new hives each season.
