Wolds Way Honey is a small-batch artisan honey producer based in the Yorkshire Wolds, established in 2008 when the owners moved to a new home and set about creating a bee-friendly garden. After contacting Beverley Beekeepers and welcoming their first colony, their hives flourished beyond expectations, producing more honey than they could use themselves. What began as a personal passion grew naturally into Wolds Way Honey. Their bees forage within one and a half miles of their hives across the Yorkshire Wolds, producing a range of seasonal varieties including Spring Blossom, Summer Blossom, Heather Blend, Borage, and Soft Set honey. All honey is completely raw and unprocessed — never heated, over-filtered, or artificially blended — preserving natural enzymes and pollen. The producers also breed bees and help other beekeepers establish their own hives, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. Beyond honey, they produce a range of beeswax-based products including lip balm, hand cream, soap, furniture polish, and leather conditioner.
