Wyndrush Wild is a small-scale honey producer based in the south of Pembrokeshire, Wales, run by Matt Sutton and Vicky Swann. They keep around twenty beehives in an apiary set among brambles, plus a few additional hives in a warm, south-facing spot against a barn wall, and further hives at local conservation sites. The honey they produce is a rich, complex blend drawn from hawthorn, bramble, knapweed, thistle and many other wildflowers, reflecting the diverse flora of their local landscape. Their honey is cold-filtered and raw, preserving its natural goodness and flavour. Customer feedback has been glowing, with comments including 'honey like it used to taste', 'wonderfully complex flavours', 'top quality' from a former buyer for Rowse Honey, and 'the nicest honey I've ever had' from a local Pembrokeshire customer. They sell honey in 1lb jars at £6 each, available for collection or local delivery, and also sell beeswax in 30g bars at £1.50 each. Their honey can also be found at several local independent retailers in Pembrokeshire.
